The journey starts as you soften into deeply supported restorative shapes, allowing each posture to become an offering of surrender. The long, gentle holds allow your body to soften, your breath to deepen, and your energy to tune into alignment. A return to balance within body, mind, and energy. During the session, tuning forks are placed on or around the body, sending specific frequencies through the energy centers and meridians. Their resonance helps clear stagnation, restore flow, and harmonize the subtle body, bringing a sense of balance and alignment. Crystal and Himalayan bowls fill the room with live sound, creating an atmosphere of resonance and calm. The tones wash gently through you, quieting the mind and guiding the body toward natural equilibrium.
