It is important that you familiarize yourself with the content of this document to ensure full comprehension of your rights and responsibilities regarding your participation in activities at Heart Space Bali.

Liability Waiver for public and 1:1 classes in the studio

For public and private classes and events (Yoga, Sound Healing, Breath work, ...)

I understand that by participating in yoga classes and activities at Heart Space Bali, I am voluntarily engaging in physical exercise, which carries a risk of injury.
I affirm that I am in good physical condition and will consult a physician if I have any concerns about my health before participating in activities at Heart Space Bali.
I acknowledge that Heart Space Bali, its owners, instructors, and staff are not medical professionals, and Heart Space Bali is not a medical practice.
I agree that Heart Space Bali will not be held liable for any damage, loss, or injury, regardless of its cause, whether due to negligence or otherwise, that may occur directly or indirectly during or after participating in activities at Heart Space Bali.

Liability Waiver for 1:1 Healing sessions

For healing and wellness sessions

I acknowledge that I have voluntarily chosen to participate in 1:1 healing sessions at Heart Space Bali. I understand that these sessions may involve various holistic practices, including but not limited to meditation, energy healing, and spiritual guidance.
I acknowledge that the healers at Heart Space Bali are not licensed medical professionals or doctors, and their services are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. I understand that the healing sessions offered at Heart Space Bali may involve touching the body and are intended to support my overall well-being. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
I release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Heart Space Bali, its owners, instructors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including but not limited to bodily injury, illness, death, or property damage, that may be sustained by me during or as a result of participating in 1:1 healing sessions at Heart Space Bali.
I understand and acknowledge the risks associated with participating in holistic healing practices, including but not limited to physical exertion, emotional release, and touching the body. I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which I may incur as a result of participating in the healing sessions.
I have read this liability waiver carefully and understand its contents. By participating in 1:1 healing sessions at Heart Space Bali, I acknowledge that I am voluntarily waiving certain legal rights, including the right to sue, and I agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined herein.

Refund policy

For public classes

For online bookings: Please arrive 5 minutes prior to the class start time to secure your spot and prevent it from being given to a standby student.
Cancellation up to 24 hours before the appointment start time: 100% refund or change date of the session.
Cancellation less than 24 hours before the appointment start time: No refund. No change of session possible.
No-show: No refund will be issued.

For 1:1 private classes

I understand that payment for the 1:1 private class is required in advance, with a deposit of 900k due upon booking.
Cancellation up to 72 hours before the appointment start time: 100% refund or change date of the session.
Cancellation up to 48 hours before the appointment start time: No refund of the deposit, but change of session date is possible.
Cancellation less than 24 hours before the appointment start time: No refund of the deposit. No change of session possible.
No-show: No refund will be issued.

For healing and wellness sessions

For cancellations made up to 48 hours before the appointment start time: 100% refund.
For cancellations made up to 24 hours before the appointment start time: 50% refund.
Less than 24 hours before the appointment start time: No refund, but the treatment can be transferred to another person.
No-show: No refund will be issued.

Payment

Payment for online bookings can be made with a credit card.
Payment at the door can be made with credit card or in cash.
Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.
Prices and services are subject to change without prior notice.
All prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

Class-Passes

It's a Non-transferable Class Pass
The 5-Class Pass is valid for 1 month, beginning from the first session.
The 10-Class Pass is valid for 3 months, beginning from the first session.
