Throughout the journey, the soothing sounds of live Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, chimes, rain sticks, and other therapeutic instruments create a peaceful sanctuary, gently guiding you towards stillness, balance, and renewal. Whether you are feeling stressed, physically exhausted, emotionally overwhelmed, or simply longing for a moment of stillness, this class offers a nurturing space to rest, restore, and reconnect. 🧘 WHAT IS RESTORATIVE YOGA? Restorative Yoga is one of the gentlest forms of yoga. Every posture is fully supported with bolsters, blankets, and props, allowing the body to rest in complete comfort without effort.
