☀️ FREE CLASS - WHITE OR BEIGE OUTFIT REQUIRED - Dress code: Please wear a complete white or beige outfit (top and bottom). As this is a special filming session, the dress code is mandatory. Unfortunately, participants who arrive wearing other colours will not be able to join the class. Thank you for your understanding! - Filming & Media Consent: All participants must agree to be filmed during the session and give us permission to use the recorded videos and photos for our social media channels, marketing and other promotional purposes. - Booking: Advance registration is required. 🧘‍♀️ ABOUT THE CLASS Slow down, breathe deeply and give your body the opportunity to truly rest. Healing Yin Yoga is a gentle, meditative practice where postures are comfortably held for 3 to 5 minutes, helping the muscles soften while gently nourishing the body's deep connective tissues, also known as fascia. This practice supports mobility, relaxation and inner balance. Each class is accompanied by soothing music and the gentle sounds of live Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, creating a peaceful atmosphere for deep rest, mindfulness and emotional wellbeing. Whether you are feeling stressed, physically tight or emotionally overwhelmed, this class offers a nurturing space to slow down, reconnect and restore.
