🌸 CACAO TWILIGHT YIN YOGA: LIVE CRYSTAL & TIBETAN SINGING BOWLS As the sun begins to set and candlelight fills the room, allow the day to gently fall away as you settle into an evening of deep rest, connection and renewal. This nourishing 90-minute experience brings together sacred cacao, Yin Yoga and live sound, with space to slow down, connect and receive. We begin by arriving together and sharing sacred cacao with intention and respect for its ancient origins. Traditionally honoured as a medicine of the heart, cacao invites presence, connection and a gentle softening of the heart. We then move into the stillness of Yin. Postures are comfortably held for 3 to 5 minutes, allowing the muscles to soften while gently nourishing the deeper connective tissues. As the body surrenders, tension can release and a quieter inner space can emerge. Every class is gently guided in response to the people in the room. Whether Yin is already part of your practice or you are experiencing it for the first time, there is space to explore at your own level. Live crystal and Tibetan singing bowls are woven through the experience, moving between sound and silence and creating moments of deep rest and integration. Cacao to soften the heart.
