The cacao gently accompanies the experience, creating a warm and grounding foundation for the restorative practice. Throughout the journey, the soothing sounds of live Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, chimes, rain sticks, and other therapeutic instruments create a peaceful sanctuary, gently guiding you towards stillness, balance, and renewal. Restorative Yoga is one of the gentlest forms of yoga. Every posture is fully supported with bolsters, blankets, and props, allowing the body to rest in complete comfort without effort.
