🌀 BREATHWORK & HANDPAN - Homecoming Journey with Dirk This session is an invitation to slow down and come back to what is already here. Through gentle, conscious breathing and beautiful live handpan music, we create a calm and supportive space where attention can soften and the nervous system may settle. Live handpan tones create a spacious soundscape that gently supports the breathing practice. The idea of homecoming in this journey is not about reaching a particular state, but about allowing yourself to arrive more fully in your own experience. By listening, breathing, and noticing, there is room to meet whatever is present, without needing to change or fix it. For some, this can feel like a quiet return to themselves. For others, it may simply be a pause from the pace of everyday life. Each experience is personal and unfolds in its own way. Participants often describe leaving the session feeling: • More grounded and at ease • More connected to their breath and body • Gently aligned with their own inner rhythm This journey offers a moment to come home to yourself, in whatever way that is true for you. 🧘🏽‍♂️ WHO CAN JOIN & HOW TO PREPARE •⁠ Suitable for all levels, ages, and backgrounds. •⁠ Not suitable for pregnant women •⁠ For the best experience, it is recommended to have an empty or lightly filled stomach. 🎟️ PRICE You have two booking options: 1️⃣ Class Only: 200k IDR per person 2️⃣ Class + Dinner: 400k IDR per person With the Class + Dinner option, enjoy a meal after the class at Flourish Gluten-Free next door, including: •⁠ 1 main dish (premium options available for an additional charge) •⁠ 1 dessert •⁠ 1 juice or beverage •⁠ The class pass cannot be used for this class. •⁠ We recommend booking online to secure your spot.
