Using breathwork, the meridian system can be more easily accessed and various techniques such as acupressure become highly effective in unlocking any stagnant energy or blocks. Marc's journey, from massage studies with a Chinese Doctor to degrees in Naturopathy, Chinese Medicine, and Acupuncture, integrates ancient wisdom with modern practices.
