🌸 ACUPUNCTURE & LIVE SOUND TEMPLE RESTORATION With Ayu, trauma-informed yoga teacher and Putu, licensed acupuncturist A restorative and grounding journey designed to support your nervous system and help you reconnect with your true self. We begin with gentle breathwork and guided meditation, inviting your body to soften and your mind to settle. As your system begins to shift from fight-or-flight into calm awareness, you’ll be held in a live soundscape of Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, and natural instruments - each vibration supporting deeper relaxation and inner clarity. Once you're at ease, Putu will gently place a few soft, fine needles on selected acupuncture points - chosen to support energetic balance, release stored tension, and enhance your body’s natural healing capacity. Throughout the session, Ayu will hold space with trauma-informed guidance to create a sense of safety and presence, encouraging a return to your inner stillness and truth.
