🌊 EMBODIED UNWIND & RELEASE Move, feel, rest - a soft landing for your week. This session begins with gentle, flowing movement designed to melt tension, soften the fascia, and reconnect you with your body. You’ll be invited to move in ways that feel natural and nourishing - there’s no right or wrong. This is your own yoga, guided by your body’s needs. To support deeper presence, you’ll have the option to wear a blindfold, helping you tune out distraction and tune in to sensation, intuition, and your inner world.
