At age 13, Amanda was diagnosed with an auto-immune condition that left me in extreme pain, and for some time, she was almost unable to walk. ⁠ Doctors gave her no hope and told her parents that by the time she was 21 years old, she would be in a wheelchair. Despite her efforts, she was unable to find medicines or philosophies that provided long-term relief.⁠

Amanda's adult life became increasingly difficult, whilst juggling a beautiful young family, health issues & various addictions, along with striving for success in the corporate world, working in her family's Australian food manufacturing company; which became one of the leading providers of quality, homemade, foods across the country.

A dark cloud began to engulf her & she knew she had to take action before her health & sanity fully deteriorated. ⁠In her mid-30s, Amanda began to embark on natural detoxification programs in Bali, to gently cleanse and nurture her body back to health. ⁠For the first time since she was a child, her inner light began to flicker back on, compelling her to keep going.⁠

4 years ago, entirely committed, Amanda moved to Bali with her children to be thoroughly absorbed in her healing journey. As she immersed herself into thousands of hours of meditation, Intuitive Touch, Cranial Sacral Therapy workshops, and Teacher Training, her heart began to open and overflow with love and joy.

It was during this time that Amanda divinely discovered her first Yin Yoga experience. ⁠This is where her personal transformation truly took root. As she dedicated time on her daily practice, she began to rapidly connect to the world within, and her spiritual and physical body began to unite.⁠

​

For 30 years, Amanda struggled and aggressively searched for healing, but instead, she found a bountiful river of hope, unconditional love, forgiveness, and happiness. As her mind and heart began to heal, her body followed. Finally, Amanda's days were filled with lasting peace, love, and joy. ​

⁠With this newfound hope and happiness, her only wish is to truly share this gift with anyone yearning for more connection, clarity, happiness, health, and vitality, this is where the vision of  'The Heart Space was born'.
