Do you find it  hard to sit and meditate? Do you think it's difficult to find time to  meditate? Feel calm and relaxed thru painting and let your creativity  flow.
Each stroke is meditation. Each color is healing.
Michelle  will guide you thru meditation and intention setting to start then you  will begin painting with an emotion or visualization. Then the rest is  play time.
